What If
To live is a free gift,
A gift of love to mankind,
Soaked with the burden of the futuristic “what if’s “, that deprive me of being grateful in the moments I share with the ones I love
Happiness has lost its map towards me, and now have to live with the “what if’s “, like?
What if I never met her?
What if I hurt you?
What if this is just a waste of time?
But, What if you’re just that missing rib? Cause I still feel my heart beating through the walls of my chest when ever you text me.
“My darkest love”, I would describe you.
What if we fix the signal you broke cause you’re scared of finding true love?
What if you pick my calls like yesterday?
What if she’s given up on us?
What if I burn down my gas too soon?
What if she’s reading this and she relates?
What if you be my bride?
Oh cut the crap and what if you just live right now? In the moments, be present, live it all and let the future tell it’s story.
