Smile, The Therapy of Life
A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks according to Charles Gordy. The expression of amusement, pleasure, love and kindness is smiling. Smiling means having a cheerful and joyous appearance at all times. The best way to convince the people around you that it is comfortable to stay with you is by putting on a smile and being the reason they are happy. The evidence of happiness is simply smiling and it is impossible to be happy or in a good mood without expressing it in such a way that everyone around begins to see reasons to be happy because of you, You now become a source of joy to the people whenever they are around you. If you give people a reason to get angry or feel bad each time they are with you then there is a certainty that you are going to lose a lot of your friends and you won’t be able to make new ones too. In addition, it gives you a bad name because people who got ill-treated by you will not like others to have the same experience and so don’t hesitate in telling anyone who wants to get close to you that you are not the kind of person to be associated with. Most times we do these things unintentionally and you just see everyone staying away from you for reasons you can’t explain up till now, Well I’m here to tell you to give yourself a break and stop overreacting on issues, learn to smile often and make yourself happy.
