You said I’ve changed, You said I am a fake friend, You said I don’t help you,You said I have pride, Well I agree I’ve changed!! But it’s life hurdles that has silenced me,I struggle to make ends meet, But again instead of ends meeting, the rift between them augment,
Dear angelic friend I wish you knew,
I wish you understood that things ain’t easy,
Even though I want to help you,
Even though I get your regular call of requests,
I have my own battles to fight,
But unfortunately everyone wants me to fight for theirs,
None including you asks me for my well being,
Instead you ask for my helping hand,
My friend I am passing through a lot,
My heart is my first witness,
My body is my second witness,
My tear stained pillow is my third witness,
I laugh, I joke but deep inside it’s lethal beyond description,
Don’t judge me wrong,
Don’t misquote me,
Don’t cut me off,
Please just understand me.
